For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of voting shares or interest.
Company, We, Us, or Our refers to Mederi Wellness Center, Doha, Qatar.
Country refers to Qatar.
Service refers to the wellness treatments and services provided by Mederi Wellness Center, as well as the website accessible at https://mederi.qa.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.
These Terms govern your use of the Service and your relationship with Mederi Wellness Center. By using our website or booking treatments, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent where applicable.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.
Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation.
Cancellation policy is 3 hrs and if not cancelled they will be charged.
Treatments and services are available for clients 18 years and older.
Minors may only book or receive treatments with parental consent or presence.
Mederi Wellness Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items. Please take care of your belongings.
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene to ensure a comfortable environment for all.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who behaves inappropriately.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
Packages are intended for use by the purchaser only, unless otherwise agreed.
Any personal or medical information you share with us is treated as strictly confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We encourage you to read their terms and policies before using those sites.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@mederi.qa. If unresolved, disputes may be brought to the appropriate courts in Qatar.
We may update these Terms at our sole discretion. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice on our website before the new terms take effect.
By continuing to use our Service after changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
